摘要
【目的】研究澳洲坚果种质资源光合特性的差异,为选育高光效的品种提供依据。【方法】以35份澳洲坚果种质资源为试材,用LI-6400XT光合仪控制环境条件测定净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)。用方差分析和相关性分析对澳洲坚果资源光合特性进行综合评价。【结果】澳洲坚果种质资源光合作用各个参数均存在极显著差异,G_s变异系数最大(30.85%),C_i的变异系数最小(8.99%)。G_s的重复力最高(84.52%),C_i的重复力最低(77.11%)。P_n与G_s、C_i、T_r之间存在极显著的正相关(P<0.01)。35份澳洲坚果种质资源光合作用总体能力最高的是HAES660、HAES918和广11,HAES900、HAES246和D光合能力较低。【结论】HAES660、HAES918和广11为潜在的高光效育种材料。
        【Objective】This study was aimed at investigating differences in photosynthetic characteristics of different Macadamia germplasm resources, and providing theoretical basis for breeding superior provenances. 【Method】Thirty-five macadamia germplasm resources were determined, the net photosynthetic rate(P_n), transpiration rate(T_r), a stomatal conductance(G_s) and intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i)were measured in the controlled environmental conditions by LI-6400 XT Photosynthesis instrument. A comprehensive evaluation of photosynthetic characteristics of Macadamia germplasm resources was conducted by the analysis of variance and correlation analysis. 【Result】The photosynthesis parameters of Macadamia germplasm resources were obviously different. The variation coefficient of G_s was the highest(30.85 %),and that of C_i was the lowest(8.99 %).The repeatability of G_s was the highest(84.52 %),and that of C_i was the lowest(77.11 %).P_n was highly significantly positively correlated with G_s, C_i and T_r(P<0.01). Among the 35 Macadamia germplasm resources, HAES660,HAES918 and Guang11 had a higher capacity of photosynthesis, while HAES900,HAES246 and D had a relatively low capacity of photosynthesis. 【Conclusion】HAES660,HAES918 and Guang11 would be a potential material of high photosynthetic breeding.
