摘要
目的探究lncRNA-SChLAP1在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集经手术切除的92例HCC标本及46例癌旁肝组织标本,采用RT-PCR方法检测SChLAP1的mRNA表达水平,分析其与临床病理学参数及生存期的相关性。结果 SChLAP1在HCC组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁肝组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SChLAP1的高表达率与肿瘤大小、临床分期、是否有门脉癌栓明显相关。门脉未侵犯组、早期组和晚期组患者行组内比较显示,SChLAP1高表达者的无病生存率和总生存率均低于低表达者。SChLAP1高表达是HCC患者预后不良的独立风险因子。结论 lncRNA-SChLAP1可作为评估HCC预后不良的潜在标志物。
        Objective This paper intended to study the expression and clinical significance of lncRNA-SChLAP1 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods Ninety-two specimens of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and forty-six adjacent non-tumor tissue undergoing surgical operation were selected. The SChLAP1 mRNA expression was detected by using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) method. Moreover, the correlation between SChLAP1 clinical pathological parameters and survival times of patients was analyzed by statistical methods. Results The expression level of SChLAP1 in HCC was obviously higher than that of adjacent non-tumor tissue(P<0.05), and obviously related to the size, venous infiltration, and clinical stage of HCC. The conjoint analysis indicates that HCC with high-expression of SChLAP1 have a significant lower disease-free survival rate and a lower overall survival rate in groups of negative venous infiltration, early-stage, and late-stage. SChLAP1 high-expression is an independent risk factor of poor prognosis for HCC patients. Conclusion lncRNA-SChLAP1 may be a potential marker for evaluation of HCC prognosis.
