磁性附着体联合套筒冠义齿修复治疗特殊牙列缺损患者的短期随访研究

摘要
目的观察磁性附着体联合套筒冠义齿修复治疗特殊牙列缺损患者的短期效果。方法选取我院74例特殊牙列缺损患者,按照治疗方法分组,各37例。对照组行套筒冠义齿修复治疗,观察组行磁性附着体联合套筒冠义齿修复治疗。对比治疗后3个月两组牙列缺损修复满意率(咀嚼功能、舒适度、牙齿美观度、语言功能)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果治疗后3个月观察组PLI、PD、SBI较对照组低(P <0.05);观察组咀嚼功能满意率94.59%(35/37)、舒适度满意率97.30%(36/37)、牙齿美观度满意率91.89%(34/37)较对照组高(P <0.05),观察组语言功能满意率91.89%(34/37)与对照组83.78%(31/37)对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论磁性附着体联合套筒冠义齿修复治疗特殊牙列缺损患者,可有效修复牙列缺损,改善患者咀嚼功能,提高牙齿美观度、舒适度。
Objective To observe the short-term effects of magnetic attachment combined with telescopic denture in the treatment of patients with special dentition defects. Methods Seventy-four patients with special dentition defects were selected and grouped according to the treatment method, 37 cases each. The control group underwent telescopic denture restoration treatment, and the observation group was treated with magnetic attachment combined with telescopic denture restoration. Comparison of dentition defect repair satisfaction rate(chewing function, comfort, tooth aesthetics, language function), plaque index(PLI), periodontal pocket depth(PD), sulcus bleeding index(SBI) 3 months after treatment). Results The PLI, PD and SBI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months after treatment(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of chewing function was 94.59%(35/37),the satisfaction rate of comfort was 97.30%(36/37), and the teeth were observed. The aesthetic satisfaction rate was 91.89%(34/37)higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The language function satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.89%(34/37)compared with the control group 83.78%(31/37). The difference was not statistically significant. Significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion Magnetic attachment combined with telescopic denture for the treatment of patients with special dentition defects can effectively repair the dentition defect, improve the chewing function of the patient, and improve the aesthetic and comfort of the teeth.
