中医养生保健素养对部分在杭高校大学生健康自我管理能力的影响

摘要
目的探讨中医养生保健素养水平对大学生健康自我管理能力的影响,为提高大学生健康自我管理能力提供建议。方法随机抽取7所在杭高校的在校大学生作为调查对象,调查大学生基本情况、健康自我管理能力和中医养生保健素养水平。结果共发放问卷1050份,回收有效问卷992份,有效回收率为94. 48%。大学生中医养生保健素养得分为58. 32±13. 46分,健康自我管理能力得分为142. 18±21. 40分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,中医健康生活方式与行为、中医常用养生保健内容的得分每提高一个单位,健康自我管理能力得分分别提高0. 085单位和0. 110单位;医学生健康自我管理能力优于非医学生(β=0. 147,P<0. 05);健康自评越好,大学生健康自我管理能力越好(P<0. 05)。结论大学生的中医健康生活方式与行为、中医常用养生保健内容得分、就读专业和健康自评情况影响其健康自我管理能力。
Objective To evaluate the clinical role of TCM health care literacy in improving the ability of self-management of health of the college students so as to inform the students in developing their ability for self-management of health. Methods Firstly,students from 7 universities in Hangzhou were randomly chosen as the subjects of study( respondents to a questionnaire) by stratified cluster sampling. The level of TCM health care literacy,the level of ability of self-management of health,and the basic demographic details of the students were then surveyed. Results 1050 questionnaires were given and 992 valid questionnaires were returned,the rate of valid return being 94.48%. The score on TCM health care literacy of college students was 58.32±13.46. The score on ability of self-management of health was 142.18± 21.40. The Results of a multiple linear regression analysis showed that for each unit of improvement in healthy lifestyle and behavior and health care contents commonly used in TCM,the score of health self-management ability was improved by 0.085 units and 0.110 units respectively. The level of ability of self-management of health of the students majoring in medicine is greater than that of the non medicine major students( β = 0. 147,P < 0. 05). The better the health self-evaluation,the better the health selfmanagement ability of college students( P<0.05). Conclusions College students' healthy lifestyle and behavior of TCM,scores of health care contents of TCM,their study majors and health self-assessment affect their health self-management ability.
