摘要

通过对《中医药法》内容的研究,从政府、社会团体、中医药事业发展的角度分析中医药法对中医药文化传播的影响,思考受《中医药法》保护下的中医药文化传播手段创新的对策,努力把中医药文化核心发扬光大。
        Traditional Chinese medicine provides a legal guarantee for the development of Chinese medicine and promotes the spread of Chinese medicine culture. Through the study of the Chinese Medicine Law, this paper analyzes the influence of Chinese Medicine Law on the cultural transmission of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of the government, social groups and the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and thinks about the countermeasures of the innovation for culture communication under the protection of Chinese Medicine Law.
