金融控股公司监管的国际经验

摘要
本文对发达国家和地区金融控股公司监管经验进行梳理,在其界定、监管主体、市场准入、业务范围、监管指标、信息披露、现场检查等方面归纳分析国际经验做法,对完善我国金融控股公司监管提出政策建议。
Financial holding company has become an important organizational form and development trend of financial industry.Internationally, its development process reflects the close relationship with the reform of financial supervision, and the demand of supervision is not limited to the business level. This paper combs the supervisory experience of financial holding companies in developed countries, summarizes and analyses the advanced international practices in terms of definition, supervisory subject, market access,business scope, supervisory indicators, information disclosure, on-site inspection and so on. Finally the paper puts forward pertinent suggestions for improving the supervision of financial holding companies in China.
