摘要
首先用三乙氧基-1H,1H,2H,2H-十三氟-N-辛基硅烷(FAS)对SiO_2粒子进行疏水改性,再将改性SiO_2在氟化丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯乳液(WFPUA)中超声分散并制备涂层。利用FT-IR、TGA和TEM对改性SiO_2的结构进行了表征,研究了改性SiO_2的用量、干燥温度对涂层接触角、吸水率、附着力、铅笔硬度及热稳定性的影响,并利用EIS电化学分析技术研究了改性SiO_2对涂层防腐性能的影响。结果表明,当100份WFPUA乳液中加入8份改性SiO_2、干燥温度为80℃时,涂层具有良好的疏水疏油性能,对水和正十六烷的接触角分别为110. 2°和40. 3°; SEM分析表明改性SiO_2在涂层表面形成了粗糙结构; EIS分析表明改性SiO_2能改善涂层的防腐性能。
        SiO_2 particles were firstly hydrophobic modified with 1 H,1 H,2 H,2 H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane( FAS),and then the modified SiO_2 was mixed with fluorinated acrylate-polyurethane emulsion by ultrasonic dispersion and coating films were prepared. The structure of modified SiO_2 was characterized by FTIR,TGA and TEM.The effects of modified SiO_2 dosage and drying temperature on the contact angle,water absorption,adhesion,pencil hardness and thermal stability of the coating films were investigated. EIS electrochemical analysis was used to investigate the effect of modified SiO_2 on the anti-corrosion property of coatings. The results showed that,when 8 parts modified SiO_2 were added into 100 parts WFPUA emulsions and the drying temperature was 80 ℃,the coating film had good hydrophobic and oleophobic performance,the contact angle of water and n-hexadecane were 110. 2°and 40. 3° respectively. SEM indicated that the modified SiO_2 formed rough structure on the coating surface. EIS showed that adding modified SiO_2 could improve the anticorrosion performance of the coating.
