城市建设工程扬尘监控管理平台研究与应用

摘要
结合城市建设工程扬尘排放现状,研究扬尘监控管理平台构建及应用模式,采用物联网、大数据、网格化及地图渲染等技术,构建本市建设工程扬尘污染管理实时监控平台,实现对工地、道路、码头(堆场)、搅拌站等不同类别易起尘场所的实时监控和管理,研究实现了1400多套前端设备的实时接入及运行,为监管部门对建设工程的有效监管提供有效工具,推进各方力量采用积极的扬尘治理手段控制排放。
Based onfugitive dust status of city construction engineering,platform constructionandapplication model ofreal-time monitoring for particulate matter pollution is discussed in this paper.For the realization of real-time monitoring and management for construction site,road,terminal storage yard,Mixing Station in Shanghai,Multiple techniques including EPC system network,big data,gridding and map rendering wereintroduced in the platform.1400 front-end equipments were accessed and operatedin real time on the platform,whichprovide the data foundation forthe supervision department and impel dust Improvement for engineering unit.
