小球藻生长因子的研究进展

摘要
小球藻是地球上最早出现的单细胞微藻,其中特有的生长因子CGF决定了小球藻富含蛋白质、多糖、矿物质以及维生素等多种营养保健物质,因而成为国内外学者研究的热点之一。本文从CGF提取方法、生理功能和应用领域等方面对小球藻生长因子CGF的研究进行了系统描述,以期为小球藻生长因子CGF开发和应用提供理论依据和应用指导。
Chlorella vulgaris is one of the earliest unicellular microalgae on earth, C. vulgaris is rich in protein, carbohydrate, minerals and vitamins and other nutritional substances based on the presence of its growth factor(CGF), and has gradually been a hot research.focus rencently. CGF extraction method, physiological function and application progress of C. vulgaris were concluded and summarized in this paper, in order to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the development and application of CGF application from C. vulgaris.
