摘要
目的:评价冷疗联合中药熏洗预防环形混合痔术后切口疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛周不适等局部并发症的效果。方法:将100例环形混合痔行外剥内扎术的患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组予术后冷疗2天联合中药熏洗5天,对照组按常规2天后予中药熏洗5天,观察术后7天内切口疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛周不适发生情况。结果:干预组肛缘水肿和肛周不适发生率少于对照组(P<0.05),中度及以上程度的切口疼痛、肛周不适发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冷疗联合中药熏洗在降低肛缘水肿和肛周不适发生率,减轻疼痛和肛周不适严重程度的干预效果优于单纯中药熏洗。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of cooling therapy combined with herbal fumigation in preventing postoperative local complications of circular mixed hemorrhoids,such as pain,edema and anal discomfort.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the treatment group,50 patients were first treated by cooling therapy for 2 days,then herbal fumigation for 5 days.In the control group,50 patients were only treated by herbal fumigation for 5days.Pain,anal edema and anal discomfort were observed 7 days after the peration.Results:The incidence of edema,anal discomfort and the pain of moderate degree and above were all lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Cooling therapy combined with herbal fumigation can decrease the incidence of pain and edema,relieve the degree of pain and discomfort,which is superior to simple herbal fumigation.
