摘要
分析了我国房屋建筑鉴定中一般划分为建筑可靠性鉴定(包括建筑结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性)和在抗震设防区的建筑抗震鉴定两大类的鉴定目标和鉴定要求的差异与联系。阐述了在抗震设防区的房屋建筑鉴定应包括结构安全性鉴定和建筑抗震鉴定,强调了在抗震设防区应同时进行建筑结构安全性鉴定与抗震鉴定,使建筑结构安全性鉴定与抗震鉴定有机结合,才能全面评价房屋建筑结构的安全性与抗震能力,才能给出不满足要求房屋建筑的正确处理对策。简要介绍了《房屋结构综合安全性鉴定标准》DB11/637—2015的编制原则。
This paper analyzed the differences and relations of appraisal target and appraisal requirements between buildings' reliability appraisal(concluding structure safety,applicability and durability of buildings) and buildings' seismic appraisal in seismic precautionary area that can be generally divided into this two kinds for buildings' appraisal in china.Structure safety appraisal and seismic appraisal of buildings should be concluded for buildings' appraisal in seismic precautionary area.This paper emphasized that the structure safety appraisal and seismic appraisal of buildings should be carried out simultaneously in seismic precautionary area,so as to realize an organic combination of structure safety appraisal and seismic appraisal of buildings to overall appraise structure safety and seismic capability of buildings and give correct treatment measures for the buildings that can not meet the requirements.The compilation principle of " Standard for structure comprehensive safety appraisal of buildings" DB11/637—2015 was briefly introduced.
