摘要

目的:调查我州不同等级医院超说明书用药的基本情况。方法:采用问卷调查法,编制《基层医院超说明书用药现状调查表》,对我州16家医院的临床医师进行问卷调查,并对资料进行统计分析。结果:参与调研的572名临床医师中,415名临床医师所在科室都存在超说明书用药的情况,占72.55%;28名临床医师所在科室发生过与超说明书用药相关的医疗纠纷,占4.90%。结论:超说明书用药是一把双刃剑,只能加强管理而不能禁止,亟需完善我州超说明书用药的相关规定,让患者获益的同时,将医务人员风险降低。
Objective:To investigate the off-label use of medication in our state hospitals.Methods:To compile questionnaire of off-label use of medications in primary hospital,investigate the clinician in our state hospitals.Results:572clinicians participate in the investigation,415 clinicians' department have occured off-label use of medications,accounting for72.55%;28 clinicians' department have occured medical disputes of off-label use of medications,accounting for 4.90%.Conclusion:Off-label use of medication is a double-edged sword,it can not be disabled.Need to enact relevant measures of off-label use of medication,to enable patients to benefit at the same time,will reduce the risk of medical personnel.
