基于可穿戴计算平台的医疗监护系统研究与开发

摘要
随着计算机科学技术的快速发展,可穿戴计算机已经成为了下一代计算机主流发展方向。可穿戴计算机具有极微型、可穿戴、可在移动中使用的特点,在工业、军事、医疗监护等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
     把可穿戴计算机与医疗监护技术相结合,可以弥补传统医疗与监护只能在医院中进行的缺点,使在日常生活中对人体生理信息的采集、存储,对病人进行实时监护以及病情诊断与报警成为可能。这对于那些不便去医院就医的残障人士和老年人有很大的帮助作用,特别是对于患有心脑血管疾病等发病急、易猝死情况的人群能够及时给予救治。
     本文的研究题目为“基于可穿戴计算平台的医疗监护系统研究与开发”。研究内容主要包括:1.通过对医疗监护对象的研究并结合目前监护系统存在的问题,提出了一个基于可穿戴计算平台的移动医疗监护系统模型。2.通过对各种软硬件资源的分析与比较,选择了符合需求的软硬件资源,搭建起了这个可穿戴计算平台。3.采用多线程、嵌入式数据库、MiniGUI、GPRS等技术完成了可穿戴计算平台之上的医疗监护软件的设计与实现。本文的研究工作为可穿戴计算机在医学监护方面的应用研究和软件开发提供参考和借鉴。
With the rapid development of computer science, the wearable computer has become the next generation of computer's mainstream development direction. Wearable computer has the characteristics of subminiature, wearable and can be used in the mobile circumstance. Wearable computer can be used in the fields of industrial, military, medical monitoring and so on. It has broad application prospect in those fields.
     With the combination of wearable computer and the medical monitoring technology, the shortcoming that traditional medical monitoring is been made up. Which makes it possible that collects and store of physiological information and real-time monitor, diagnostic and alarm of the patient as well as in the patients' daily lives. This may give great help to the person that have inconvenience of going to the hospital and the old folks for medical treatment, especially for those with cardio-cerebral vascular diseases, such as acute onset, and sudden death, which can give them timely treatment.
     This study entitled "Wearable computing platform based on the research and development of the medical monitoring system." The content includes: 1.Through the adoption of the study on current medical monitoring system and the existing problems, puts forward a wearable computing platform based on the model of mobile medical monitoring system. 2. Through the analysis and comparison of various hardware and software resources, the choice of software and hardware resources adapts to this wearable computing platform is selected. 3. Multi-threading, embedded database, MiniGUI and GPRS technology are adopted andsoftware design of a wearable computing platform is implemented based on the medical monitoring. The study content of this paper contributes to the software development and application research of wearable computer in the medical monitoring system.
