摘要
目的:通过对本病例进行回顾性分析,总结绒癌患者诊断和治疗的一些经验,为临床医生对这类患者的诊断和治疗提供借鉴和帮助。
方法:介绍绒癌误诊病例1例,同时结合有关文献,从绒癌的病理、临床表现、辅助检查的意义以及诊断和治疗等方面分析本病例的诊断和治疗。
结果:绒癌患者强调早期正确的诊断以及合理规范的治疗。
结论:绒癌病因不明,临床诊断主要依据病史并结合血清β-HCG、B超等辅助检查。绒癌恶性程度高,但治疗效果好。治疗是以化疗为主、手术和放疗为辅的综合治疗。正确的诊断和治疗前评估是避免误诊误治和规范化治疗的关键。化疗联合手术治疗能显著提高耐药患者的治疗效果。
Objective: Summarizing some experiences about the diagnosis and treatment of chonoepithelioma patients through retrospectively analyzing this case, and these experiences may provide some helps for clinicians.
Methods: Introducing one case of misdiagnosis of chorioepithelioma, and combining with relative literature. Analyzing the diagnosis and treatment of this case through introducing the pathology, clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Conclusion:The etiological factors of chonoepithelioma are unknown. The clinical diagnosis is mainly based on the patient history ,β-HCG and type-B ultrasonic. The chonoepithelioma's degree of malignancy is high, but the therapeutic effect is satisfying. Chemotherapy is the main treatment, operation and radiotherapy are the adjimctive treatment. The correct diagnosis and the appraisal before treatment are importation for normative treatment, which can avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Combination chemotherapy and operation can increase the therapeutic efficacy of drug fast patient markedly.
