基于软件Agent的应用过程信息审计平台的设计与实现

摘要
随着社会信息化程度的不断提高,计算机信息系统广泛深入到社会生活的各个领域,成为整个社会经济活动的基础。信息系统的广泛应用,使得越来越多的传统业务转移到信息系统中进行,传统的管理控制手段无法适应新的发展需求,出现了严重的管理滞后现象,并由此导致了大量犯罪和内部作案的发生。如何在新形势下,加强业务系统的内控管理和应用监管,保障信息系统的安全、可靠和有效地运行,成了诸多学者和相关组织研究的一个热门课题。
     本文以金鹰软件申报国家创新基金项目——“基于应用过程的信息审计平台(APA)”的研究和开发为背景,基于独创的应用过程信息审计技术和软件Agent技术,为保障关键应用领域信息安全,建立内控可信赖环境提供强有力的技术手段和工作平台。首先,针对当前的应用背景,本文提出了信息审计的思想方法,并设计了一个信息审计系统的原型。然后对Agent的相关概念和特性进行了阐述,在此基础上,提出了基于软件Agent的系统设计,包括各种Agent的构造和Agent之间的通讯框架设计等。最后,对系统的各组成部分的功能实现作了阐述。较之其它类似系统,本系统具有可灵活部署、动态重构,面向应用可定制等特点,且能满足多种平台多种应用领域的不同需要。
With the development of the information industry, the computer information systems have gone into all fields of social life widely and deeply, and become the base of the whole social economic activities. With the widespread use of more information systems, many traditional operations have been diverting into the information systems and the traditional methods for management and control can't meet the new needs. All these lead to the later management and more interior crimes. How to strengthen the interior control and management of the information systems, and guarantee the security, credibility and efficiency of the information systems, has become a question for discussion by many literates and organizations.
    This paper is based on 'Application Process Audit Platform(APA)' which is to be regarded as the National Innovate Fund Project. Based on the innovate technology of application process audit and the software agent, the APA provides a strong technology platform to ensure the information security of important application ,and additionally constructs a reliable interior control environment. In this paper, according to recent application situation we first bring out an idea of "information audit" , and then design a prototype of Information Audit System. After that , we introduce the concept and characters of agent, and additionally illuminate the system design based on software agent, including the structure and communication of kinds of
    agents. Finally, we explain the implementation for all function parts of the whole system. Compared with other similar systems, this system has some particular characters, such as flexible dispatch , dynamic reconstruction and customization to application, and it can also meet different needs of different platforms and application fields.
