重载交通水泥混凝土路面使用性能研究

摘要
本文在充分总结国内外水泥混凝土路面经验与教训的基础上,吸纳国内外最新研究成果的基础上,提出了适合重载交通的水泥混凝土路面的合理结构。
     本文首先分析了宣大高速公路交通组成,介绍了我国几个水泥混凝土路面建设大省的经验,总结了国内外水泥混凝土路面的研究成果,从面层选材、基层类型与排水等方面都作了详细论证,从理论上解决了面板薄、基础弱、排水差等问题。
     本文对贫混凝土基层水泥混凝土路面的设计方法也进行了有益的探索。针对目前国内水泥混凝土路面设计方法侧重于理论分析,而国外水泥混凝土路面设计方法侧重于实践经验的情况,本文分别采用国内外多种水泥混凝土路面及加铺层设计方法进行计算和对比,充分吸收各种设计方法的理论和经验,取长补短,互为补充,从而提高了适合以贫混凝土为基层的水泥混凝土路面面板厚度的设计方法,为今后水泥混凝土路面的建设提供了有益的参考。
The thesis has a good research on the failures and experience in the Construction of Cement Concrete pavement in abroad. Based on this and the latest relevant research achivements in the world, it puts forward a kind of practicable constructure technique of cement Concrete pavement adapting to the heavy-weight transportation.
    First it analyzes the communication forms of Xuan Da freeway, introduces the experience of several provinces, which outstand in the Construction of Cement concrete pavement in China and makes a conclusion on the research results in the world. In this part, it demonstrates with sufficient argumenls in the aspects of material choice for the surface course, base course style, road drainage, etc.
    In theory it solves the troubles in the weak surface course, the weak base, the poor road drainage, etc.
    The thesis also debates on the exploration of constructive technique on the method of design of the cement concrete pavement based on the poor concrete base. Nowadays in our country this kind of technique attaches to much emphasis on Ihe theory analysis instead of practical experience. But it,s on the other hand in foreign countries, hi view of this, a me 1 hod of design of cement concrete pavement based On the poor Concrete base was proposed after calculating and comparing with different methods. It adopts the merits and discards the weaknesses of each technique both in theory and in experience. And it will offer a good reference to the Construction of Cement conorete pavement in future.
