敏捷供需链组建研究

摘要
随着世界经济全球化,一体化进程的加快,企业间的竞争日益加剧,企业如何在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地成为每个企业必须面对和解决的重大课题。同时随着经济的发展和社会化程序的提高,顾客对产品的要求也日益个性化和多样化。敏捷供需链思想的出现较好的解决了以上两个难题。首先,它强调将供应商、制造商、零售商,甚至客户纳入一体综合考虑,并借助虚拟企业、动态联盟的思想将传统的弱肉强食的恶性竞争转变为企业之间风险共担、利益共享,通过“强强联合”来达到“双赢”(win-win)的目的。其次,敏捷供需链强调将数量准确的特定产品以合适的成本在规定的时间送到指定地点交给特定客户(即七个Right原则),快速准确地响应了市场机遇。
     本文正是基于上述思想,创造性的利用了时间Petri网技术构建敏捷供需链模型,并利用旁支付激励机制提高和优化了整个敏捷供需链运作效率。文中分别介绍了组建敏捷供需链的五个关键技术:时间Petri网技术,分布计算技术,软件系统可重构技术,对legacy系统的封装技术,及信息系统的安全认证技术。同时对敏捷供需链建模所涉及到的建模原则,组织结构,评价原则进行了较为详尽地论述。最后分别就敏捷供需链中合作伙伴的选择,各据点企业间的契约设计及委托代理机制,敏捷供需链信息管理的激励机制做了比较具体的论述。
The competition among companies tends to be severely tense with the ever-updating pace of economic globalization. How to face up to the problems and stand to win is the main concern for companies. Meanwhile, along with the development of economy and the improvement of procedures in organizing productive activities, the demands of customers are characterized by specialization and variety. The concept of agile supply chain (ASC) is the solution to the two problems above. First, the concept of ASC emphasizes on the comprehensive consideration of suppliers, manufacturers, detailers and customers involved. Virtual and dynamic alliance are introduced here as the way to avoid the ever-existing adverse competition among companies and turn it into distribution of risks and benefits in business activities. The introduction of virtual and dynamic will lead to win-win by the co-operation among competitive companies. Second, ASC concept attaches importance to the seven-right principle, that is, to deliver ordered goods t
    o destinations within certain time with proper cost.
    Based on what's mentioned above, this article creatively takes advantage of timed-petri net technology in the construction of ASC net modeling and side payment driving system to promote and optimize the running efficiency during the operation of timed-petri net in ASC. Five key technologies in the construction of ASC are introduced in this article, they are: timed-petri net technology, distributed calculating technology, reconstructive technology of soft system, packaging technology of legacy system, secure certification technology of information system. At the same time, the modeling
    
    
    principles, structure organization and evaluation principle in the process of ASC modeling are illustrated in detail. The option of partnership in ASC, the mechanism of contract design among destination companies and agents, the function of side payment driving system in ASC information management are analyzed in this article.
