经济增长的产业组织分析

摘要
我国的市场经济体制已经基本确立，产业组织在经济组织中的力量日益显现。深入分析和理解产业组织的经济增长机理，对于进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制和保持国民经济健康快速持续增长具有重要的现实意义。因而，论文主要借鉴产业组织理论、新增长理论和演化经济学等相关学科知识，努力从产业组织的层面上探索经济增长机制。实证分析表明经济增长的产业组织模型对我国地区经济发展不平衡具有较好的解释力，从而也表明了产业组织状况对经济增长速度具有重要的决定意义。
论文共分为四章，各章主要内容分述如下：
第1章的内容主要是考察产业组织理论和经济增长理论的发展演变，并在此基础上提出经济增长的产业组织分析的可能性和现实意义。
第2章主要从理论上分析产业组织如何作用于经济增长，建立一个经济增长的产业组织模型。经济增长的产业组织过程是一个技术不断创新并向外扩散的过程，同时也是一个不断吸纳资源要素扩大生产的过程。
第3章主要通过我国东西部地区经济增长差异的产业组织的实证分析，从产业组织的角度解释我国地区经济增长差异。实证结果表明厂商的收益率对经济增长具有重要意义，而且市场势力对经济增长速度具有负作用，在西部地区尤为显著。西部地区的厂商收益率主要依赖于现有的市场势力，存在显著的非经济垄断特征。
第4章主要揭示实证分析的政策含义。高市场势力导致经济效率缺损是阻滞经济增长速度的主要原因，因而我国现阶段的产业组织政策应以促进竞争为主要目标。在行政势力引导的西部大开发过程中，建立有效防范地方行政势力创造市场势力的产业组织政策具有重要的现实意义。
Market economic system of our country has set up basically already and industrial organization strength in the economic organization appears day by day. As to perfect socialist market economic system and keep national economy to be healthy to grow continuously fast further, analyzing in depth and understanding economic growth mechanism of industrial organization has important realistic meanings. Therefore, this thesis uses relevant discipline knowledge for reference mainly, such as economics of evolving, new growing theory, industrial organization theory etc., and makes great efforts to probe the economic growth mechanism from aspect of industrial organization. Demonstration indicates that the industrial organization model of economic growth has better explanation strength to the disparate development of regional economy of our country and the state of industrial organization has important decision meanings to the economic growth rate.
The thesis is divided into 4 chapters; main content of each is the following:
The first chapter puts forward the possibility and the realistic meaning of analyzing industrial organization of economic growth on development survey foundation of the industrial organization theory and the economic growth theory.
The second chapter analyses theoretically mainly how industrial organization acts on in the economic growth and set up the industrial organization model of economic growth. The course of industrial organization of economic growth is one technology being innovated constantly and spread outwards. At the same time, the course is one receiving key element of resource constantly and expanding produced constantly too.
The third chapter explains the difference of our country the western and eastern regional economic growth in terms of industrial organization difference by demonstration. Results of demonstration indicate earning ratio of manufacturer significant to the economic growth and market power has function of shouldering to economic growth rate, particularly remarkable in the West.
The last chapter announces the policy meaning of demonstration. The market power is the antitrust main talent of the present stage in our country. Setting up and taking precautions against local administration force creating market power have important realistic meanings in the course of development of western regions effectively.
论文共分为四章，各章主要内容分述如下：
第1章的内容主要是考察产业组织理论和经济增长理论的发展演变，并在此基础上提出经济增长的产业组织分析的可能性和现实意义。
第2章主要从理论上分析产业组织如何作用于经济增长，建立一个经济增长的产业组织模型。经济增长的产业组织过程是一个技术不断创新并向外扩散的过程，同时也是一个不断吸纳资源要素扩大生产的过程。
