摘要

投资基金作为一种新兴的投资工具在国内发展的时间并不长，但发展势头迅猛，地位越发重要。在将储蓄转化为社会投资，提高社会资本利用效率，促进社会保障体系的建立与完善等方面，投资基金发挥了其独特而重要的作用。受到越来越多的关注与重视。现阶段，我国投资基金的发展出现了一些困难。为了正确认识我国投资基金现阶段发展的现状与存在的问题，本文从投资基金业的发展入手，简要地对投资基金的定义进行了界定，并介绍了投资基金的主要特点和分类。回顾了国内外投资基金的发展概况。然后，在第三章和第四章通过理论与实际相结合，定性定量分析并举，既对我国投资基金发展的现状进行宏观分析，同时重点结合历史资料和最新数据对我国部分投资基金的绩效的变化趋势进行对比性数理统计分析，在此基础上，剖析了我国投资基金业发展的现状和存在的主要问题，进而提出目前我国发展投资基金应该注意的六个方面的问题：1)进一步加强证券市场建设，通过深化市场，提高市场效率，降低投资基金的系统性风险。2)对外开放投资基金市场，建立合资投资基金公司，引进先进的管理经验和竞争机制。3)明晰、突出基金个性，满足投资者多层次的投资需求。4)加大基金创新力度，在完善市场监控机制的基础上引入市场做空机制，甚至对冲基金，以强化基金经理人的抗风险能力。5)从投资基金规模，由契约型向公司型基金转化以及稳健地推进开放式基金发展等三个方面调整投资基金的发展取向。6)强化投资基金的监管与自律。从法律规范、组织机构和从业人员培养等各方面入手，建立起完善的投资基金治理机制。
As an emerging investment tools, the development history of the investment fund in China isn't very long. But it develops very rapidly. And it plays an important and unique role in transforming the individual save into social investment, raising the efficiency of making use of social capital and accelerating the establishment and consummating of the Social Security System. Nowadays, the development of China's investment funds has met with some difficulties. In order to have a better study on the current situation and problems of China's investment fund, in this article, I clarify the definition and introduce the distinguishing features and the classification of the investment fund in simple words. Then, in the Chapter Third and Chapter Four of this article, I analyze the present situation and the problems of China's investment fund in details.
    In my opinion, the following aspects should be paid more attention to during the course of developing China's investment fund. First, the construction of security market should be strengthened. And in order to lower the systematic risk of the market, we should deepen the market and raise the market's efficiency. Second, the investment fund market should be opened to the foreigners in order to introduce the advanced knowledge in managing investment funds and competition. Third, every investment fund should stick out it's characteristic to satisfy the different needs of investors. Fourth, promoting the creativity of the investment fund in order to better
    
    
    the anti-risk ability of the fund manager. Fifth, restructuring the trend of the development of the investment fund. At the last, the supervision and control and self-discipline of the investment fund both should be strengthened.
