双凸极无刷直流电机调压器及数字调速系统的研究

摘要
本文首先简要介绍了新型电励磁双凸极电机的结构、基本工作原理、静态特性、数学模型,利用MATLAB建立了电励磁双凸极高压直流发电系统的动态仿真模型,给出了仿真实例。
     然后设计了发电调压器的硬件电路,建立了调压系统的频域模型并进行了仿真分析,对发电系统作了较为全面的实验,首次详细分析了励磁电流的变化规律,分析了实验结果,提出了调压器的改进。
     最后,介绍了基于单片机80C196的电励磁双凸极电机数字调速系统的硬件和软件设计,完整地归纳出整个调速系统实验的步骤和方法。详细分析了电励磁双凸极电动机的角度提前控制方式和数字PI调节参数的整定。
First, this paper outlines the structure, the basic operation principle, static characteristic and mathematic model of the novel Double Salient Electro-Magnetic motor. With the help of MATLAB, the paper set up the dynamic simulative model of the high voltage DC generating system based on the generator. Some examples are simulated on this model.
    Second, this paper introduces the design of hardware of the automatic voltage regulator of the generating system. The frequency-domain model of the voltage regulation system is established. Simulation and analyses on the model are done. The paper gives detailed analyses of the motor's exciting current by the experiment of the voltage regulation system for the first time. The methods of improving automatic voltage regulator are presented based on the analyses of results.
    Finally, the paper gives a detailed hardware and software design of the digital speed-control system based on 80C196KB. The processes and methods of the whole speed-control system' s experiment are summarized. Angle-advance control mode of the novel motor and parameter regulation of digital PI control are analyzed in details.
