高技术虚拟产业集群网络运行模式研究

摘要
在现代网络经济与网络通讯技术迅猛发展的环境下,原有地理集中式的高技术产业集群的竞争优势正逐渐减弱,而虚拟化的网络运行模式为高技术产业集群跨地域协同运作与发展提供了一条新的途径,由此高技术虚拟产业集群(High-Technology Virtual Industry Cluster,HTVIC)应运而生。HTVIC地理空间分散、虚拟空间聚集的运营特征,为其网络的构建与运行提供了基础环境。然而由于HTVIC网络关系与结构的复杂特性,使其网络活动更加复杂。因此以网络视角,将HTVIC视为由虚拟集群成员及成员间的多种活动关系构成的网络集合,通过研究HTVIC网络运行的动因,建立由组织网络、社会网络以及知识网络构成的HTVIC网络运行模式,最终形成完善的HTVIC管理与运营体系,这对提高HTVIC增长与发展的结构模式、虚拟化的跨地域运作方式,提高集群的竞争实力具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。
     本文在对高技术产业集群、虚拟产业集群、集群网络研究相关理论与方法进行分析的基础上,界定了HTVIC及其网络的涵义,在对其网络的构成要素、特征及种类进行分析的基础上,从价值网合作与竞争视角研究HTVIC网络运行动因,构建HTVIC价值网合作与竞争协同演化的动力学模型,在此基础上给出HTVIC网络运行模式的总体框架。
     从HTVIC组织网络的含义与复杂性出发,分析组织网络运行的动因与机理,构建HTVIC组织网络运行框架模型,建立组织网络运行规则,以复杂网络理论及BA无标度网络运行模型为基础,构建了HTVIC双向择优网络运行模型,对组织网络的运行进行仿真模拟。
     从HTVIC社会网络的内涵与特征出发,对其社会关系进行分析,并分别从信任、契约、协调三个视角建立HTVIC社会网络运行模式。首先从直接信任、间接信任、感知风险三个维度构建HTVIC社会网络的信任模式;其次,在所建立的关系契约网络的基础上,构建正式契约与关系契约相融合的柔性契约模式;最后,基于Multi-Agent理论建立HTVIC社会网络多重协商模型。
     在分析知识网络内涵与特征基础上,划分知识网络层次。首先建立了基于本体的HTVIC知识网络地图,基于此构建HTVIC知识网络的获取模式;其次分析了知识网络知识共享的影响因素与动因,并基于委托代理理论分析知识共享主体间委托代理关系,构建知识共享委托代理模型;最后,分别从知识网络层次内扩散及层次间转化两方面研究了知识扩散的运行模式。
     在上述研究的基础上,以移动数字出版虚拟产业集群为实证研究对象,通过相应的网络运行管理平台,分析其组织网络的构建形式,通过对其组织网络拓扑结构复杂性的分析,验证了组织网络运行规则的正确性。以“中国移动云阅读开放平台”的合作开发为例对移动数字出版虚拟产业集群社会网络的信任模式、契约模式、协调模式以及知识网络的获取模式、共享模式、扩散模式进行了实际应用,验证了HTVIC网络运行模式的实用性与合理性。
     本文对HTVIC网络运行模式的研究,旨在为HTVIC网络化运作管理提供了理论基础与指导依据,对促进虚拟产业集群整体竞争能力提升等问题具有极为重要的理论价值与实践意义。
With the rapid development of Modern network economy and networkcommunication technology, competitive advantage of original geographicalconcentration high-tech industry clusters is waning, and the virtualization of thenetwork operation mode provides a new way for the cross-regional collaborationoperation and development of high-tech industry cluster. Therefore, the high-techvirtual industry clusters (HTVIC) came into being. The operationalcharacteristics with geospatial dispersed and gathering in virtual space forHTVIC, provides the basis environment for the construction and operation ofnetwork. However, the complex characteristics of HTVIC network relationshipand structure, makes network activities. From the perspective of network,HTVIC can be regarded as a collection of networks which are composed by avariety of activity relationships among virtual cluster members. Through theresearch on HTVIC network operation motivation and mechanism, thisdissertation establishes HTVIC network operation mode that containsorganization network, social network and knowledge network, and eventuallyformed the perfect HTVIC management and operation system. This research canmake a very important theoretical and practical significance for improvingHTVIC growth and development structrual model, virtualization cross-regionaloperation mode, and competitive strength of the cluster.
     Based on the analysis of high-tech industrial clusters, virtual industry cluster,cluster network theories and methods, this dissertation defines the meaning ofHTVIC and its network. And on the basis of network elements, characteristicsand types analysis, this dissertation studies HTVIC netowrk operation motivationform the view of cooperation and competition in value network, and establishes HTVIC value net cooperation and competition co-evolution dynamic model,designs the overall framework of HTVIC network operation mode.
     From the viewpoints of HTVIC organization network meaning and complexcharacteristics, this dissertation analyzes organization network operationmotivation and mechanism, establishes HTVIC organization network operationframework model and its operation rules, contructs HTVIC two-way preferrednetwork operation model based on complex network theory and BA scale-freenetwork model, does the simulation for organization netowrk operation.
     Departure from the HTVIC social network meaning and characteristics, thisdissertation analyzes its social relations, and respectively establishes HTVICsocial network operation mode respectively from the trust,contract, coordinationthe three perspectives. Firstly, this dissertation establishes HTVIC social networktrust mode from direct trust and indirect trust, perceived risk three dimensions;Secondly, on the basis of the established relational contract network, thisdissertation contructs the flexible contract mode which integrated the formalcontract and relational contract; Finally, based on the Multi-Agent theory thisdissertation establishes the HTVIC social networking multiple negotiation model.
     On the basis of knowledge networks connotations and characteristics, thisdissertation divides the knowledge network level. Firstly, this dissertationestablishes HTVIC knowledge network map based on ontology, based on thisbuilds HTVIC knowledge network acquisition mode; Secondly,by analyzingthe knowledge network knowledge sharing influencing factors and motivation,this dissertation analyzes principal-agent relationship between knowledge sharingmain bodies, and establishes knowledge sharing principal-agent model; Finally,this dissertation studies knowledge diffusion operation mode within knowledgenetwork levels and between knowledge network levels.
     Based on the above research, taken mobile digital publishing virtualindustry cluster as empirical reserach object, through the operation of thenetwork management platform, this dissertation analysis the construction of itsorganization network, through the analysis of the complexity of its organizationnetwork topology, verifies correctness of the organization network operatingrules. This dissertation takes the China Mobile Cloud Reader Open Platformdevelopment cooperation project as empirical case to put the mobile digital publishing virtual industrial clusters social network trust mode, contract mode,coordination mode, as well as knowledge network acquisiton mode, sharingmode, diffusion mode into use, which verifies the HTVIC network operationmode practicality and rationality.
     This dissertation research on the HTVIC network operation mode, aiming atproviding theoretical basis and guidance for HTVIC network operationmanagement, and promoting very important theoretical value and practicalsignificance for virtual industrial cluster whole competition ability.
