泛网络互动、认知与协调满意成效之研究

摘要
经济全球化、竞争国际化和信息技术的发展,加剧了企业环境的动态性、复杂性和不确定性,给企业带来了前所未有的冲击,尤其是各类型(泛)网络之使用,对于企业内外协调作业的影响与日俱增。一般而言,协调是因超过两人以上或部门、企业间,为重迭之利益遂行沟通之现象,故管理活动上,协调的确是一项重要议题,然而透过各类型网络传达讯息,对于当代企业之影响亦是不争事实,特别是因无时差、透明化、大众化、公平性之特质,使得藉由网络沟通或协调商务内容,早已司空见惯。因此有必要了解泛网络工具在职场上所扮演之互动行为,或是员工间或企业间,使用泛网络工具时之认知类型。
     本研究透过协调理论,探讨泛网络工具使用时之特性,对象以高度使用互联网之旅游业者为例,经过实证分析后得知泛网络工具使用时可区分为四个集群:跟随仿效型、自信满足型、科技喜好型、中庸保守型;以及五种协调满意成效:身份表征、情感交流、工作效率、学以致用、基本沟通。研究发现:企业员工在泛网络工具之使用方式上、互动行为、认知类型、以及透过泛网络工具协调时所感受之满意成效,均具有显着差异。
     本研究经由文献探讨、理论分析与实证获致成果,可供企业之业务流程若欲透过以因特网或电信网络作为沟通管道时之参考,结论并以四大集群为根据,分析提供给厂商在泛网络工具发展方向以及给企业管理者的建议。
Since the trends of dynamic global economics,complex international competition and uncertain information technology,current business must deal the strictly unexpected impact, especially for variety of networks that produced increasing effects on business coordinating works per day.In generally,coordination is a happening thing because there are more than two persons,departments,firms while conflicting of interest.It going without saying that coordination is a vital issue at administrative activity.In Fact,business has been deeply influenced by many kinds of networking information because of the distinctive factors such as the timeless,transparency,publicity,fairness.Thus,many businesses adopt the networks as common tools for communication or coordination of the daily works.However,it is indeed to realize what the role does of networking tools at business interactive behavior,besides,within employees and enterprises,what different type of cognition while using the networking tools.
     We used the coordinating theory as basis to retrieve the attributes of general networking concepts which have been utilized by employees or business.Travel agents were been chosen because they have high trend to use the networks.After the empirical analysis,we classified our samples into four clusters which are 'imitation along','satisfaction confidence','fond of technology','general conservation';in additions,there are five coordinating satisfaction effects which are 'on behalf of person','emotion interchange','work efficiency','to apply what learned','basic communication'.We also found that the significant differences are between interactive behavior and cognition type and satisfactory effective while using the networks coordinating tools.
     After the literature review,theory analysis and empirical study,our conclusions should provide good reference for business operation functions regards to the Internet or telecommunication network etc.Finally,base on the four clusters,we also wrote practical meanings for direction while developing the networking tools and discussed significant suggestions for managers respectively.
