数字图书馆用户激励研究

摘要
网络技术与信息技术的发展使图书馆走向数字化、网络化;Library2.0技术的发展促使数字图书馆成为汇集大众智慧的知识交流、共享平台。数字图书馆作为图书馆领域的研究重点已经引起了众多学者的关注。研究的重点是服务质量评价及用户行为学研究。但是,正如Marchant (1991)1所说,服务质量评价及当前的用户行为学研究并没有导致图书馆的使用,将图书馆利用与图书馆用户激励连接在一起是对用户行为学研究的进一步深入,并从激励的角度促进用户使用数字图书馆。因此,从激励的角度对数字图书馆用户进行研究至关重要。
     数字图书馆用户行为包括①用户使用数字图书馆之前的服务选择行为;②用户与数字图书馆的交互行为(包括人与信息系统的交互,人与服务人员的交互);③用户使用数字图书馆之后对其的评价。本文因为从激励的角度出发对数字图书馆用户进行研究,目的是促进用户使用数字图书馆,因此重点研究用户行为的前两个部分:用户的选择行为——用户使用数字图书馆的动机;用户与数字图书馆的交互行为——数字图书馆用户交互过程激励。本文的另一个目标是构建数字图书馆用户激励的理论体系及方法体系,为数字图书馆营销提供理论基础,利用营销学的理论和方法开拓数字图书馆研究的新视角,提升数字图书馆的服务能力及水平,并为数字图书馆营销实践提供一定指导。
In this article, digital library user is handled at excitation process from the network environment, the user’s behavior of digital libraries. Extensive, in-depth analysis of the existing users of digital library service motivation, interactions with the digital library model, theory, application case basis, determine the user's motivation to use the service user interaction factors and the impact of incentive factors; reference expectation motivation theory to construct an incentive for digital library user process model. Motivation is analysis through the user survey research, access to services of the user to select the motive factors, the choice of incentives for the digital library to provide research base. Encourage the use of digital libraries and associated process model analysis, multiple regression analysis of digital library interaction of factors that affect user motivation to analyze the results using modified incentive model, the ultimate incentive to obtain a digital model of library users. Digital library users in a clear motivational factors and incentives for interaction, the analysis of the digital library service users in the main incentive problems, and made a digital library users incentive measures and recommendations, with some significance.
     Digital library users will help to further stimulate research and improve the digital library users formed the theoretical system of motivation, methodology; to develop a new perspective of Digital Library Research, a certain degree in library science to promote the new of the subject's development; to marketing incentives for digital library users to provide some guidance construction practice; help to promote digital library services capacity level, the better the value of the release of digital library resources and services, the value of knowledge potential; able to enhance the digital Libraries in the knowledge economy and society in the core competencies, knowledge application and knowledge to promote innovation, build national knowledge innovation system to provide some protection and guidance.
     This paper is divided into seven chapters, as follows:
     The first chapter is an introduction. From the digital library research background paper expounds the theory of meaning and practical significance. Brief description of the main research contents, methods and technical routes. The second chapter is related Models. The proposed research framework based on the behavior of library users, the digital library marketing theory, expectations of motivation theory and user motivation and other issues were reviewed and evaluated. The third chapter is the incentive theory of digital library users. Definition and services in the digital library on the basis of functional analysis, building a digital library users and user interactions motivation theory and digital library users with the relationship between motivation and proposed users of the digital library service motivation theory.
     Chapter IV is a digital library user interaction Incentive Model. User interaction in digital libraries related to factors of motivation, based on the filter elements of motivation, the process of building digital library users incentive model, and proposed the hypothesis.
     The fifth chapter is empirical research inspired digital library users. A questionnaire survey method is used for digital library users Motivation empirical research. Use of digital library users have built incentive model, the theoretical hypotheses, the results reported
     Chapter VI is a digital library service user Incentive Strategies. According to empirical research findings, combined with the current status of digital library user incentive, incentive system for building digital library users, library users make use of digital services, incentive feasibility of strategies and proposals for long-term development of digital libraries to provide constructive advice and views.
     Chapter VII is the conclusion and outlook. To sort out on the full-text, text summary and key findings, urgent need to further improve the digital library and solve the problem, pointing out that digital library research.
