浪潮集团云计算战略研究

摘要
信息技术在经济发展、社会生活中发挥的作用越来越大,近年来,世界各国均将信息化作为转变经济增长方式、推动经济结构调整、产业转型升级、带动经济复苏的重要途径,信息产业成为全球竞争的战略重点。我国也把信息产业作为战略性新兴产业写入“十二五”规划,优先发展,并提出“大力推进信息化与工业化深度融合,以信息化带动工业化、以工业化促进信息化”的工业化发展道路。
     云计算(Cloud Computing)是一种革命性的全新IT应用及商业模式,用户可以通过网络,按需获取可动态伸缩的计算服务,这种特性通常被描述为像用水用电一样使用IT资源。云计算是未来信息化的重要方向,不仅仅是各国政府已经将云计算纳入进了国家新兴战略产业,大到IBM、微软、谷歌等全球IT巨头、小到数百人的中小IT企业,也争先恐后的进入云计算领域,争抢客户资源、建立领先的技术优势,也就是说,从国家到企业,都力求在云计算领域获得属于自己的位置,获得持续的竞争优势,谋求长期生存与发展。
     浪潮集团专注于商用计算领域,是国内唯一可提供软硬一体化整体解决方案与服务的IT公司,本文选择浪潮集团作为实证的研究对象,结合浪潮集团的特点,在查阅大量文献、借鉴国内当前一些有关战略研究成果的基础上,对全球云计算发展趋势、国家云计算产业环境和政策、国内IT企业在云计算时代的应对及发展策略等进行分析。从而在外部环境和内部资源的基础上,探索构建出一个对实现浪潮从传统IT向云计算转型的行之有效的战略体系,并研究设计了云计算战略的实施步骤。
     本文采用文献研究、访谈、案例应用分析相结合的方法,在宏观环境分析、理论借鉴的基础上,对浪潮集团的云计算发展战略进行研究,提出了云计算的四大重点战略:产品战略、营销战略、服务战略、并购战略,并对这四大战略的重要性和相互作用进行了分析,最后详细说明了云计算战略的实施要点和保障措施。该研究旨在提高该企业云计算战略的系统性、可行性和科学性,使该企业更好的抓住云计算这一重大产业机会,实现对竞争对手的“弯道超车”。这也将为国内众多IT厂商提供参考借鉴,为国内IT企业在寻找摆脱价格战、同质化,同国外IT巨头同台竞争的途径上,提供了一个选择。
     目前国内关于IT企业发展战略的研究仅限于传统IT业态,在云计算模式下的研究往往又仅限于技术或商业应用层面,很少有涉及到IT企业自身的云计算战略制定和实施的研究,本文则在云计算战略体系的构建、实施、保障与控制体系上进行了探索性研究。
     当前对于企业战略转型或战略协同的研究较多,但对于集团多个产业子公司因某一技术变革,进行战略转型的实例和研究还比较少,本文对集团如何组织推动多家子公司统一进行战略转型进行了探索性研究。
The Role of information technique is more and more significant with the develop ment of the economy and society.In recent years, all countries believe informatization as the way of changing the method of economy growth, pushing economic structure adjustment, making Industrial upgrading and arousing the economy recovery.The information industry becomes the strategic point of competition in the world.Our country government also consider information industry as a strategic newly arisen industry, which has been writen in the12th of five years'progrems, and have the priority.Our government puts forward the development road of industrialization-" Forcely pushing forward informatization and industrialization to the depth combination, with informatization arousing industrialization, with industrialization promoting informatization ".
     Cloud Computing is a revolution of IT application and business model, the customer can use network to obtain flexible computing service based the requirement, this convenience usually been described as easy as getting electric or tap water.Cloud computing is an important direction of informatization in the future, not only governments in all countries have already brought Cloud computing into national newly arisen strategic industry, as IBM, Microsoft and Google etc. Multinational IT Corporation,like some small-sized IT business enterprise, also try to be the first of getting into Cloud computing field, by the way of shooting for the customer's resources,. It means, most IT enterprise are all try hard in cloud computing. They all aim to acquire the position of belonging to oneself, the continuance competitive advantage, and seeking long-term existence and development.
     Inspur Group focused on the field of business computing, Is the only IT company that provides hardware and software integrated overall solutions and services. This article selects Inspur Group as the object of the empirical research. Combining the characteristics of Inspur Group,accessing to large amounts of literature, on the basis of some domestic research about the strategy, the article analysis the development trend of the global cloud, the environment and the policies about cloud computing, and the coping and development strategies of domestic IT companies in the cloud computing era. On the basis of the external environment and internal resources, explore an effective strategic system to help Inspur group achieve the transition to cloud computing from traditional IT, and design the steps.of cloud computing strategy implementation.
     In this paper, using the method of macro and micro combined, theory and practice combined,on the basis of macro environment analysis, We discuss the strategy of Inspur Group Cloud computing development. After that we design four key strategic of cloud computing:product strategy, marketing strategy, service strategy, mergers and acquisitions strategy. This paper analysis importance and interaction of the four side strategic. Finally a detailed description of the points and safeguards about implementation of cloud computing strategic is been proved. The research aims to have the cloud computing strategy of Inspur systematic, feasible and scientific, have Inspur to grasp well of the cloud computing industry opportunities, turn overtaking competitors. This will also provides many domestic IT vendors a reference, and provides a choice on the way for domestic IT companies to get rid of the price war, the homogenization, to compete with foreign IT giants.
     Domestic research on the development strategy of the IT companies is limited to the traditional IT models,. The model is often been limited to technical or commercial applications level, whih is rarely comes to IT companies cloud computing strategy formulation and implementation. This article talks about the cloud computing strategy system implementation, support and control system for exploratory research.
     The research about the transformation or strategic collaborative corporate of the strategic is to much, but about the Group of multiple subsidiary industries and strategic transformation due to a technological change is less. The papper will carry out an exploratory research about the unity of a number of subsidiaries on how to organize and promote strategic transformation.
