富席公司物流管理信息系统的研究与实现

摘要
第三方物流是指由专业企业来承担货主部分或全部物流活动,以合理的费用将货物在指定的时间内送达指定地点。随着现代企业生产经营方式的改变和网络信息技术的运用,第三方物流逐渐把商品流、资金流、信息流组成一个供应链,已成为现代物流业发展的主要趋势。
     为适应第三方物流发展的需要,企业必须要有一个融合集成性、开放性、适应性和智能性于一体,能实现各环节相互连接和高效运转的物流管理信息系统。物流管理信息系统要能迅速准确地传递和处理物流信息,合理组织送货活动,提高企业仓储管理、配送运输等自动化水平。
     富席公司是从事第三方物流服务的企业。随着公司不断发展壮大,越来越感到现有信息化水平制约了公司的可持续发展。本论文以富席公司物流管理信息系统的研究和设计为例,研究了物流管理信息系统的设计原则和关键技术,分析了公司的需求,划分了功能模块。同时,将先进的物流信息技术和管理思想渗入到系统的开发中,设计了以Internet技术为基础、基于B/S架构,集订单管理、仓储管理、配送管理、客户服务、财务结算和报表管理于一体的物流管理信息系统。
     富席公司物流管理信息系统实现了物流各个流通环节的有机结合,规范了公司的管理流程,提高了工作效率,降低了企业成本,改进了公司物流服务质量。同时,系统也为公司创造了一种新的信息交流方式,改善了公司物流、资金流和信息流,提高了公司运行数据的准确性,为富席公司管理层经营决策提供了可靠依据。
The third-party logistics refers to the professional company undertakes some or all of the logistics activities at a reasonable cost of goods, within a specified period of time, and sends goods to the designated location. As the change of modern enterprise production and management and the use of information technology and networks, the third-party logistics gradually makes up goods flow, capital flow, information flow a supply chain, and has become the development trend of modern logistics industry.
     In order to meet the needs of the third-party logistics industry, companies must have an integration, openness, adaptability and intelligence logistics management information system which achieves the link between accesses and operates effectively. Logistics management information system can quickly and accurately transfer and process the logistics information, organize delivery rational, increase the automation level of the warehouse management and distribution.
     Fuxi is a third-party logistics service company. With the development of the company, Fuxi Company feels the existing level of information technology constrains the company's sustainable development. The thesis takes the research and design of Fuxi Company’s logistics management information system as an example, studies the design principles and key technologies of the logistics management information system, analyzes the company's requirement, divides the function modules. Meanwhile, infiltrates the advanced logistics information technology and the management thought into the development of the logistics management information system, based on B / S structure and internet technology. The order management, warehouse management, distribution management, customer service, financial settlement and reporting management make up the Fuxi Company’s logistics management information system.
     Fuxi Company’s logistics management information system realizes the combination of various logistics circulation, regulates company's management processes, improves company’s efficiency, reduces the business costs and improves the company's logistics service quality. Meanwhile, the system also creates a new form of information exchange for the company, improves the company's logistics flow, capital flow and information flow, increases the accuracy of company's operating data which provides a reliable basis for Fuxi Company’s decision-making.
