三拗芎葶合剂对哮喘大鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-4影响的实验研究

摘要
目的:探讨中药三拗芎葶合剂对哮喘大鼠气道炎症的影响及机制研究。
     方法:取SD大鼠60只随机分为空白组、模型组各10只,地塞米松组和三拗芎葶合剂大中小剂量组,每组各10只。以卵蛋白(0VA)致敏激发法制备大鼠哮喘模型,用三拗芎葶合剂灌胃,并与空白组、模型组和地塞米松组比较。通过取血清ELISA法测量各组大鼠血清中IFN-γ、IL-4水平。
     结果:实验显示模型组IL-4浓度明显升高,IFN-γ浓度降低,IFN-γ/IL-4比值下降;空白对照组、地塞米松组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组IL-4浓度明显下降,IFN-γ浓度升高,IFN-γ/IL-4比值不同程度得以改善,以中药高剂量组,地塞米松组效果明显。
     结论:中药三拗芎葶合剂对哮喘大鼠气道慢性炎症有影响。其机制可能是通过提高血清细胞因子IFN-γ/IL-4比值来改善Th1/Th2细胞的失衡,抑制气道炎症,缓解哮喘病情。
Objective:To explore the three traditional Chinese medicines San'ao Xiongting Continuous Mixture on airway inflammation in asthmatic rats and its mechanism study.
     Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into 60 blank group, model group of the 10 dexamethasone group and three to put it figuratively, San'ao Xiongting Xinhuanet mixture dose group, n=10. To ovalbumin (OVA) to stimulate sensitized asthma model in rats prepared with a three to put it figuratively, San'ao Xiongting gavage mixture and the blank group, model group and dexamethasone group. Through the serum ELISA method in the serum IFN-γ, IL-4 level.
     Results:The experiments showed that the model group, IL-4 concentration was significantly increased, IFN-γconcentration decreased, IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio decreased; control group, dexamethasone group, high dose group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the dose group, Chinese medicine low-dose group the concentration of IL-4 decreased, IFN-γconcentration increased, IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio improved to varying degrees, to high-dose medicine group, dexamethasone group effect.
     Conclusion:The three-bend traditional Chinese medicine San'ao Xiongting mixture of chronic asthma airway inflammation in rats influential. The mechanism may be by increasing the ratio of serum cytokines IFN-γ/IL-4 to improve the imbalance between Th1/Th2 cells, inhibition of airway inflammation, asthma remission.
