摘要
汽轮机冷端系统是火电机组的重要辅助系统,其运行状态的好坏直接关系到机组的安全、经济运行。通过分析汽轮机冷端系统的换热机理,建立汽机运行热耗高精度在线实时计算模型、主汽轮机各汽缸及各段抽汽效率计算模型、凝汽器性能监测模型、冷却塔特性监测与效率计算模型、全冷端循环水优化计算模型、汽动给水泵组及循环水泵、凝结水泵等在线效率监测模型,然后在这些数学模型的基础上,设计和开发在线实时计算和运行指导程序,开发出完整的汽机岛运行优化节能系统,系统实现汽轮机本体各汽缸及各段抽汽效率、凝汽器性能监测、循泵优化运行指导、冷却塔性能监测及评价、机组实时热耗计算和机组运行工况下最优主蒸汽压力计算和偏差输出等功能,进而实现对机组热耗最优的汽轮机冷端耦合滑压优化控制,提高了机组运行经济性。
        The cold end system of the steam turbine is an important auxiliary system for the thermal power unit. The operation status of the steam turbine is directly related to the safety and economic operation of the unit. By analyzing the heat transfer mechanism of the cold end system of steam turbine, the high-precision online real-time calculation model of turbine heat consumption, the calculation model of steam exhaust efficiency of each cylinder and each section of the main steam turbine, the performance monitoring model of the condenser, the characteristic monitoring and efficiency calculation of the cooling tower are established. Model, full-cold-end circulating water optimization calculation model, steam-driven feed pump group, circulating water pump, condensate pump and other online efficiency monitoring models, and then based on these mathematical models, design and develop online real-time calculation and operation guidance procedures, develop The complete turbine island operation optimizes the energy-saving system. The system realizes the extraction efficiency of each cylinder and each section of the turbine body, the performance monitoring of the condenser, the optimal operation guidance of the pump, the performance monitoring and evaluation of the cooling tower, the real-time heat consumption calculation of the unit and the unit operation. Under the condition of the optimal calculation of the main steam pressure and the deviation output, the optimal control of the coupled cold-slip pressure of the turbine with the optimal heat consumption of the unit is realized, which improves the economical operation of the unit.
