生态补偿政策对居民生态文明建设意愿的影响效应

摘要
以陕西省重点生态功能区宁强县412份调查问卷为样本,研究生态补偿政策对居民生态文明建设意愿的影响效应。借鉴羊群效应模型,分析生态补偿政策对居民生态文明建设意愿的影响,揭示生态补偿政策通过影响群体行为意愿,使更多的人参与到生态文明建设中的转化规律,并基于此构建生态补偿政策直接影响和通过居民心理变量间接影响生态文明建设意愿的理论分析框架。采用结构方程模型实证分析生态补偿政策的直接效应和基于心理变量的间接效应,结果表明,生态补偿政策对居民生态文明建设意愿产生显著影响,直接影响效应为0.141;通过心理变量的间接影响效应为0.186。应基于居民视角完善生态补偿政策,改变居民心理变量,促进生态文明建设。
Taking 412 questionnaires from Ningqiang county, a key ecological functional area in Shaanxi province as samples, the paper studies the effects of ecological compensation policy on residents' willingness of ecological civilization construction. By referring to the herd effect model, this paper analyzes the impact of ecological compensation policy on residents' willingness of ecological civilization construction, reveals the transformation law of ecological compensation policy to make more people participate in the construction of ecological civilization by influencing the behavioral intention of the group,and constructs the theoretical analysis framework of direct impact of ecological compensation policy and indirect impact of residents' psychological variables on the construction of ecological civilization. The structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the direct effect and indirect effect of ecological compensation policy based on psychological variables. The results show that ecological compensation policies will have a significant impact on residents' willingness of the construction of ecological civilization,the direct effect is 0.141; The indirect effect through psychological variables is 0.186. The ecological compensation policy should be improved from the perspective of residents, and the psychological variables of residents should be changed to promote the construction of ecological civilization.
