摘要

当前,煤炭行业发展环境不够景气,很多煤矿都处在亏损的状态下,其效益大不如前。所以,很多煤矿企业为了能够保持过去的经济效益,会尽量减少开支,压缩安全投资,使得安全经济效益严重缩水。本文系统论述了煤矿安全经济效益的概念与计算方法,认为煤矿安全经济效益受到了生产环境、煤矿安全投入、职业病、事故损失等方面因素的共同制约,并提出了准确编制安全生产计划、健全煤矿安全生产管理机构以及实施安全经济评价、加强安全管理意识等方面的经营策略。
        At present, the development of the coal industry is not booming. Many coal mines are in a state of loss, and their benefits are not as good as before. Therefore, in order to maintain the economic benefits of the past, many coal mining enterprises will try to reduce expenses and reduce security investment, which will seriously reduce the safety and economic benefits. This paper systematically discusses the concept and calculation method of coal mine safety and economic benefits. It believes that coal mine safety and economic benefits are constrained by factors such as production environment, coal mine safety investment, occupational disease and accident loss, and it also puts forward the business strategy of accurately preparing safety production plan, improving coal mine safety production management organization, implementing safety economic evaluation and strengthening safety management awareness.
