基于MATLAB的采煤机电缆卷筒优化设计

摘要
基于MATLAB对采煤机电缆卷筒进行优化设计。确定目标函数和约束条件,利用多变量约束极小值命令得出最佳设计参数,并对优化结果进行比较和验证。实现了卷筒紧凑化,轻量化设计,并满足了卷筒的强度要求。
The MATLAB-based optimization design of cable drum of coal mining machine is carried out in this paper.Firstly,the objective function and the constraints are given in this paper.Then the multi-variable constrained minimum value command is used to obtain the optimal design parameters,and the optimization results are compared and verified.The design is compact,lightweight and meets the strength requirements of the reel.
