摘要
针对供水区优化配置问题,以流域供水、生态和发电为目标建立了供水区水资源优化配置模型。设置供水区无引调水和考虑引黄入晋工程两种调度情景,分析丰平枯三种典型水文年研究区水资源优化配置方案。同时,提出一种改进多目标猫群算法(IMOCSO),对模型进行高效求解,得到多情景下的供水区水库调度方案集,为制定晋中南-长治供水区水资源优化配置方案提供了理论依据。算例结果合理有效,能较好地反映晋中南-长治区供水要求,验证了模型的可行性,为供水区水资源分配提供了新途径。
        Aiming at the optimal allocation of water supply area,an optimal allocation model of water resources as established by taking water supply,ecology and power generation as goal.Considering two different scenarios including no water transfer and diversion the Yellow River into Jin area,water resources allocation schemes were analyzed under high flow,normal flow and low flow hydrological years.And then an improved multi-objective cat swarm optimization(IMOCSO)was proposed to solve the model.Reservoir scheduling schemes of water supply area were obtained in many scenarios,which provides theoretical basis for formulating water resources optimal allocation in the south of JinzhongChangzhi water supply area.The results are reasonable and effective,and it can better reflect water supply requirements in the south of Jinzhong and Changzhi region,which verifies the feasibility of the model.Thus,the model provides reference for water resource allocation in water supply area.
