摘要
水基钻井液为目前钻井现场常用的钻井液类型,因此钻井后将产生大量的废弃水基钻井液,对废弃泥浆的处理成为目前钻井现场环保要求的重要工作。分析了无污染有机高分子絮凝剂的制备过程,并通过实验及现场应用评价了该类絮凝剂的处理效果,分析表明,该絮凝剂对废弃泥浆COD清除率较高,满足一般的处理要求。
        Water-based drilling fluid is a common type of drilling fluid at present,so a large number of waste water-based drilling fluid will be produced after drilling.The disposal of waste mud has become an important task of environmental protection requirements at present.The preparation process of non-polluting organic macromolecule flocculant was analyzed,and the treatment effect of this kind of flocculant was evaluated by experiment and field application.The analysis showed that the COD removal rate of waste slurry was high,which could meet the general treatment requirements.
