PPP项目绩效评价研究综述

摘要
PPP项目绩效评价是PPP项目管理领域中的重要课题,对该课题进行研究有助于推动PPP模式在我国规范运行。近年来,随着大量PPP项目在我国落地实施,PPP项目绩效评价越来越受到相关专家学者的重视。本文运用文献研究法,通过对国内外相关文献进行研究,从PPP项目绩效概念、对象、指标体系以及评价方法等方面进行综述。总结出当前研究的重点问题及不足,基于此对PPP项目绩效评价研究这一领域前景进行展望。
PPP project performance evaluation is an important topic in the field of PPP project management. In recent years, with the implementation of a large number of PPP projects in China, the performance evaluation of PPP projects has attracted more and more attention from relevant experts and scholars. This paper reviews the concept, object, index system and evaluation method of PPP project performance by studying relevant literatures at home and abroad, summarizes the key problems and shortcomings of the current research, and prospects the future of PPP project performance evaluation research in this field.
PPP project performance evaluation is an important topic in the field of PPP project management.
