摘要

十八大以来,面对日益严峻的生态环境形势,以习近平同志为核心的新一届中央领导集体围绕建设美丽中国提出了一系列新理念、新方略、新举措。党中央将生态文明提高到同经济、政治、文化、社会四个领域并列的社会主义建设"五位一体"总布局中高度重视生态文明建设,从生态文明新理念、新措施着手,推进中国特色社会主义生态文明建设。
        Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China( CPC),in the face of increasingly severe ecological and environmental situation,the new central leadership with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward a series of new ideas,strategies and measures around the construction of a beautiful China. The central committee of the CPC has raised the level of ecological progress to the five-in-one general layout of building socialism in parallel with the four fields of economy,politics,culture and society.
