生活饮用水中挥发性有机物检测方法的研究

摘要
生活饮用水中的挥发性有机物种类较多,长期摄入人体易造成健康危害,是生活饮用水监测的主要组成部分之一。本文针对目前国内较常用的挥发性有机物液液萃取法、静态顶空萃取法、吹扫捕集法、固相微萃取法等前处理技术进行比较研究,对各方法的主要影响因素,包括萃取材料、萃取时间、萃取温度等方面进行综合分析各技术的优缺点。分析设备主要是气相色谱仪和气相色谱质谱联用仪,对这两种设备进行水中挥发性有机物的检测结果、准确度、精密度分别进行阐述。通过比对分析与研究,为建立准确、简便、快速的生活饮用水挥发性有机物检测方法提供依据。
        There are many kinds of volatile organic compounds in drinking water. It is likely that long-term intake of human body can cause health hazard. It is one of the main components of drinking water monitoring.This paper makes systematic research in the aspect of liquid-liquid extraction, static headspace, purge and trap and solid phase microextraction. The advantages and weaknesses, such as the main influencing factors of each method, including extraction material, extraction time and extraction temperature, of all pretreatment methods are analyzed. The analysis equipment is mainly gas chromatography and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The detection results, accuracy and precision of volatile organic compounds in water by these two devices are described respectively. Through comparative analysis and research, it provides basis for establishing accurate, simple and rapid detection method of volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
