摘要
针对水力空化减泥技术(HCR)与城市污水处理厂AAO污水处理工艺的结合方法、剩余污泥减量效果及其机理进行了研究。实际工程应用效果表明:HCR技术用于AAO污水处理工艺中,可使城市污水处理过程的剩余污泥产生量减少60%以上,减少每吨湿泥(80%含水率)直接成本约为111元,且不影响出水水质。
The combination method of hydraulic cavitation and mud reduction(HCR)technology and AAO wastewater treatment process in municipal wastewater treatment plant,the reduction effect of excess sludge as well as its mechanism were studied. The actual engineering application results showed that the implementation of HCR technology used in AAO treatment process could reduce more than 60% excess sludge in wastewater treatment process. The directly cost for one ton excess hydrated sludge was about 111 RMB,and the effluent quality was not influenced.
