摘要
本文主要以松花江干流(黑龙江省内)为研究区域,利用FY-3B/MERSI遥感影像数据对2017年7-9月的四个实相前后水体变化信息进行了洪涝灾害监测,并结合ARCGIS的空间分析功能,计算水体空间分布的面积扩大和缩小情况。结果表明,2017年7月的降水和8月的降水对松花江(黑龙江省境内)干流的上游哈尔滨部分市辖区、中游的部分县市和下游佳木斯部分市辖区和县市水体空间变化较大,易发生洪涝灾情。
        This paper mainly uses the Songhua River mainstream(within Heilongjiang Province) as the research area, and uses FY-3 B/MERSI remote sensing image data to monitor floods before and after the four real phases of water from July to September 2017. The spatial analysis function of the knot and ARCGIS calculates the area expansion and reduction of the spatial distribution of water. The results show that the precipitation in July 2017 and the precipitation in August have changed the water space of some cities and districts in the upper reaches of the Songhua River(in the province of Heilongjiang Province), some of the counties and cities in the middle reaches, and the sub-districts and counties in the lower reaches of Jiamusi. It is prone to floods and disasters.
