摘要
2016年8月和2018年2月于河南省淮阳县采获姬蛙属Microhyla标本各1号,基于形态学和分子生物学证据,鉴定为饰纹姬蛙M. fissipes,系河南省淮河以北地区(古北界)首次发现,又一次体现了河南两栖动物存在的东洋界、古北界成分过渡的特点。标本现保存于河南大学生命科学学院标本室。
        Two frogs were collected in Huaiyang County,Henan Province,China,one in August2016 and one in February 2018. The specimens were identified as Microhyla fissipes based on external morphology and molecular biological evidence. This is a new frog record in areas north of the Huaihe River( Palearctic Realm) in Henan Province and it shows transition between Oriental and Palaearctic realms. The specimens are deposited in the Specimen Room of the School of Life Science,Henan University.
