太仓地区老年性白内障中医证型分布特点

摘要
目的:对太仓地区老年性白内障进行中医证型的流行病学调查,得出太仓地区老年性白内障临床常见的中医证型。方法:本研究对316例老年性白内障患者进行流行病学调查,收集老年性白内障患者的相关资料,运用统计学方法将所收集的资料进行统计分析,得出老年性白内障常见中医证型。结果:316例老年性白内障患者,男女患病比例1∶1.32,年龄分布以70～79岁年龄组所占比例最大,占总例数的39.9%,50岁以下所占比例最小,以肝肾不足型最为多见。结论:辨证分析后得出的证型为肝肾不足型、脾气虚弱型、肝热上扰型、痰热内扰型、痰湿内蕴型。
Objective: To investigate the epidemiology of TCM syndrome type in senile cataract in Taicang area, and obtain the clinical TCM syndrome type in senile cataract in Taicang area. Methods: In this study, 316 elderly patients with cataract were investigated epidemiologically. The related data of senile cataract patients were collected. According to statistically analyze the collected data, the common TCM syndromes of senile cataract were obtained. Results: Among 316 elderly patients with cataract, the prevalence ratio was 1∶1.32 for males and females. The age distribution group accounted for the largest proportion in the 70～79 age group and accounted for 39.9%. The proportion below the age of 50 was the smallest. The Ganshen Buzu type( 肝肾不足型) was the most common type. Conclusions: The syndromes obtained after dialectical analysis are the Ganshen Buzu type, the Piqi Xuruo type( 脾气虚弱型), the Ganre Shangrao type( 肝热上扰型), the Tanre Neirao type( 痰热内扰型) and the Tanshi Neiyun type( 痰湿内蕴型).
