摘要
采用固体恒温暗培养的方式,通过改变培养基的营养基质,探究牛樟芝菌丝体对不同碳氮源的效应。结果为:蛋白胨和果糖是菌丝生长的最适氮源和碳源,最优的种源是2号,3、5和6号次之。不同碳氮源分别在10~15天、15~20天平均生长速度最快。对比发现,牛樟芝菌丝体在葡萄糖、胡萝卜基质上生长最快的是10~15天。在胡萝卜、果糖基质上的菌落颜色最鲜艳。
        In this research, different nitrogen and carbon sources were used to culture mycelium of Taiwanofungus camphoratus on solid constant temperature condition, for explore the effects of mediums on the growth of mycelium,and the growth status of the mycelium were regularly observed. The results showed that the optimal nitrogen and carbon sources for the growth of mycelium of Taiwanofungus camphoratus were peptones and fructose. The best strain is No. 2,No. 3, 5 and 6 came second. The average maximum growth rate of different carbon and nitrogen sources were 10~15 d or 15~20 d after inoculation, respectively. By comparing the average growth rate of each nitrogen and carbon source at different periods, it was found that mycelium grew fastest in the culture medium with carrot extract as the nitrogen source and glucose as the carbon source. When carrot extract was taken as nitrogen source and fructose as carbon source,the colony color was redder, which was the closest to the wild fruitbody color of Taiwanofungus camphoratus. The results can be used to estimate the growth rate of Taiwanofungus camphoratus, strains expanding propagation, liquid fermentation and wood inoculation.
