摘要
文章运用企业组织韧性量表,采用两阶段样本数据分别进行探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和检验信效度。结果显示,提取四个因子(应变能力、计划能力、情境意识和韧性承诺)共28个题项的企业组织韧性量表具有较好的收敛效度、区别效度和效标关联效度。
        This paper utilizes the enterprise organizational resilience scale and the two-staged sample data to respectively conduct exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability-validity test. The results show that the enterprise organizational resilience scale with 28 items of four factors(i.e. strain capacity, planning ability, situational awareness and resilience commitment) has comparatively better convergent validity, discriminatory validity and criterion-related validity.
