摘要
为解决叠层式兔笼承粪板积粪的问题,基于滑动导轨设计了以步进电机为驱动动力的自动清粪机构,并基于单片机设计了相应的控制系统,从而实现自动定时清除承粪板上兔粪的功能,以改善兔舍内的空气环境质量。同时,在兔养殖场进行清粪效果验证试验,试验结果得出采用长度为10 m,直径为3 mm的清粪绳,清粪效果最好,刮净率最大。
        In order to solve the problem of the accumulation of feces in the laminated rabbit cage, the automatic cleaning mechanism based on the stepping motor was designed based on the sliding guide rail, and the corresponding control system was designed based on the single-chip microcomputer, thus realizing the automatic timing removal. At the same time, the pig manure test was carried out in the rabbit farm. The test results showed that the manure rope with a length of 10 m and a diameter of 3 mm had the best effect of clearing manure and the highest scraping rate.
