摘要

中国互联网建立起始于20世纪90年代初,距今已有近三十年历史。通过对中国教育示范网络全球联通建设参与者之一马严教授的访谈,梳理我国互联网在教育与科研网络基础结构搭建的全过程,探讨在IPv6协议下中国互联网的发展所面临的机遇与困境,并提出相关建议。
        The establishment of the Internet in China started in the early 1990 s and had a history of nearly 30 years. Through the interview with Professor Ma Yan, one of the participants in the construction of the global connection of China Education and Research Network, this paper sorts out the whole process of the construction of China's Internet infrastructure in education and scientific research in early days, and combining the current development of China's Internet with IPv6, discusses the current opportunities and difficulties faced by China's Internet development, then puts forward relevant suggestions.
