基于近景摄影测量的车辆运行排放污染评估方法研究

摘要
城市交通事故对环境污染的影响一直是人们关注的重要问题,车辆运行中的排放污染已经影响到城市绿化的健康发展,通过减少车辆运行过程中污染物的排放,可达到城市绿色发展的要求。利用近景摄影测量技术对车辆运行中污染物排放信息进行采集,采用FCM算法对采集得到的信息进行滤波处理,结合一帧间差分法提取车辆运行中污染物排放特征,依据该特征构建近景摄影测量的车辆运行排放污染评估模型,实现了车辆运行排放污染评估。
The impact of urban traffic accidents on environmental pollution has been an important issue that people pay attention to. The emission pollution in the operation of vehicles has affected the healthy development of urban greening by reducing the emission of pollutants in the process of vehicle operation. It can meet the requirements of urban green development. Using the close-range photogrammetry technology to collect the pollutant emission information in the vehicle operation, using the FCM algorithm to filter the collected information, and combining the one frame differential method to extract the pollutant emission characteristics in the vehicle operation. According to this feature, a vehicle operating emission pollution assessment model based on close-range photogrammetry is constructed, and the vehicle operating emission pollution assessment is realized.
