摘要
目的探究视觉对小鼠水迷宫行为的影响。方法选用健康的5~6周龄小鼠38只,随机分成视觉剥夺组和空白组两组各19例进行Morris水迷宫行为学试验。Morris水迷宫训练逃避潜伏期和空间搜索试验分四象限进行。训练逃避潜伏期连续4天每天下午同一时段,一天跑4次,从不同的象限放下去,每次历时2 min;空间搜索试验于第5天下午同一时段进行,历时2 min。结果在第3天、第4天视觉剥夺组较空白组在训练逃避潜伏期所经历的时间更长,有统计学意义。空间搜索试验中,视觉剥夺组在平台所在象限内停留时间百分比低于空白组,有统计学意义。视觉剥夺组较空白组穿越平台次数减少,有统计学意义。结论视觉剥夺组小鼠水迷宫定位能力有明显的变化,视觉对小鼠在水迷宫的定位有重要作用。结论
        Objective To explore the effect of vision on the localization of water maze in mice. Methods There were 38 healthy mice aged 5-6 weeks randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group( Each group include 19 mice). The Morris water maze behavior test was performed. The escape latency of Morris water maze training and the spatial search test were conducted in four quadrants. The training escape latency lasted for 4 consecutive days,4 times a day at the same time in the afternoon and 2 minutes each time from different quadrants; the spatial search test was conducted at the same time in the afternoon of the 5 th day,lasting 2 minutes. Results On the 3 rd and 4 th day,the experimental group experienced longer training escape latency than the control group,with statistical significance. In the spatial search test,the percentage of residence time in the platform quadrant in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant. Compared with the control group,the times of crossing the platform in the experimental group were decreased,which was statistically significant. Conclusion The water maze localization ability of mice in the experimental group has obvious changes,and vision plays an important role in the localization in the water maze.
