高中数学多元化教学评价体系的构建和应用

摘要
基于层次分析法,以评价视角、评价内容、评价模式、评价方式为评价的主要指标,通过构造成对比较矩阵,研究不同职称教师的评价指标权重,探究现阶段教师对多元化教学的量化认识,分析各评价指标之间的层级结构,从而构建一套适应高中数学的多元化教学评价体系.结果表明,构建体系的评价维度、评价层次及其组成指标设置合理;评价项目、评价要点全面且重点突出;评价结果具有较高的信度与效度,对新课程的实施具有较好的指导作用.
Based on the research tool of analytic hierarchy process, the article is to establish a set of multiplex teaching evaluation system which is suitable for high school mathematics teaching by taking viewing angle, evaluation content, evaluation model and evaluation method as leading indicators of evaluation by constructing pairwise comparison matrix, studying evaluation indications weight of teachers with different titles of technical post, exploring the quantitative recognition of teachers at this stage on multiplex teaching, and analyzing the hierarchical structure between evaluation indexes. The result shows that, the setting of system assessment dimension, evaluation level and its constituting index is reasonable; the evaluation items and points are comprehensive and focused; the result of evaluation is high reliability and validity, which has good guidance effect on the implementation of the new curriculum.
