昆明市城市建设用地扩张与生态环境协调度研究

摘要
建设用地扩张与生态环境保护间既有冲突又有协调,一方面,建设用地的扩张会占用耕地,破坏生态环境;另一方面,建设用地的合理有序扩张也有利于缓解当地土地、生态压力。二者作为影响人类生活与社会发展的关键因素,促使其协调发展是当前的主要任务。在此利用协调度和协调发展度模型,对昆明市2001-2016年城市建设用地扩张与生态环境协调度进行了研究。
There is conflict and coordination between the expansion of construction land and ecological environmental protection. On the one hand, the expansion of construction land will occupy cultivated land and destroy the ecological environment.On the other hand, the reasonable and orderly expansion of construction land is also conducive to easing the local land and ecological pressure.As two key factors affecting human life and social development, it is the main task to promote their coordinated development.Based on the model of coordination degree and coordination development degree, the coordination degree of urban construction land expansion and ecological environment in kunming from 2001 to 2016 was studied.
