土地整治项目新增耕地适宜性分析评价——以榆林市榆阳区金海南村项目为例

摘要
通过对榆林市榆阳区金海南土地整治项目的实地勘测研究,以项目区耕层土壤质地、有机质含量、盐渍化程度、障碍层次、水源、灌溉保证率、排水、土壤pH值、剖面构型、生态退化可能性等作为评价指标,进行了区域土地适宜性分析。结果表明,项目区可实现新增耕地率92.6%,评价单元适宜性分值为75.1,处于土地利用等级划分标准中的可用耕地适宜区范围,说明该土地适宜合理开发利用。经过实证分析评价,评价模型体系具有较强的实用性和可操作性,可在土地整治项目中推广应用。
        Based on the field investigation and study of land consolidation and rehabilitation project of Jinhainan Village in Yuyang District of Yulin City,the analysis of regional land suitability is implemented with the evaluation indexes,such as the surface soil texture,organic matter content,salinization degree,barrier level,water source,irrigation guarantee rate,drainage,soil pH value,profile structure and possibility of ecological degradation etc. in the project area. And the suitability evaluation result of newly cultivated land was formed,i.e. the newly added cultivated land rate in the project area was 92.6%,and the evaluation score of the unit suitability was 75.1,which is in the range of the suitable area of available cultivated land in line of the land use classification standard,therefore,it is determined that the land is suitable for rational development and utilization. The model system is evaluated to be with strong practicability and operability after empirical analysis and evaluation,and it can be applied and promoted in land consolidation and rehabilitation project.
