摘要
探讨水稻种子在不同温度处理条件下的发芽和秧苗素质情况,为种质资源的长期保存提供参考。以津川1号、津原45、津稻417、和越光为供试材料,对不同温度处理下粳稻种子的发芽和秧苗素质情况进行了调查。结果表明,当年收获以及低温处理的隔年水稻种子和室温放置处理相比,发芽速度较快,发芽势和发芽指数明显较高,而品种间的差异并不明显。在秧苗素质方面,室温放置条件下的种子,经过发芽培养后,在苗高、叶色、单位苗高茎叶干重以及单苗总根长、表面积、体积和根尖数上明显较低,品种间除茎基部宽厚度、单位苗高茎叶干重和根尖数外,其余各项指标均存在显著差异。
        In order to provide a reference for long-term preservation of germplasm resources,rice varieties of Jinchuan 1,Jinyuan 45,Tianjin rice 417 and Koshihikari were used as materials,the germination and seedling quality of Japonica rice seeds under different temperature treatment conditions were investigated.The results showed that the germination potential rate and the germination index of Japonica rice seeds in the same year after harvest or low temperature treatment were higher than that of room temperature treatment,but the difference among varieties were not obvious.In seedling quality,seeds placed under room temperature were significantly lower in seedling height,leaf color,dry weight of per centimeter and total root length,surface area,volume and root tip number of single seedlings.Among the varieties,there were significant differences in all indicators except for width and thickness of stem base,dry weight of per centimeter,number of root tips.
