农田重金属污染土壤的原位钝化研究

摘要
以中国河南省某市农田污染土壤为研究对象,采用化学钝化技术,加入不同钝化药剂对其进行重金属稳定化效果研究,同时采用室内小麦盆栽实验,对比分析其对土壤钝化后植物吸收情况。研究表明:原始土壤受As、Cd、Pb、Zn污染,其中Cd含量超过《土壤环境质量标准》(GB 15618–1995)二级标准,威胁粮食安全生产和人体健康;采用赤泥、磷矿粉和钙镁氧化物混合药剂均可在一定程度上对土壤中的Cd、As、Pb、Zn有钝化效果,其中向土壤中加入2%钙镁氧化物混合药剂对重金属Cd的钝化效果最佳且小麦幼苗地上部中Cd含量大幅度降低,有助于植物生长。研究为重金属污染农田土壤的修复技术提供了参考。
        To cope with heavy metal-contaminated farmland soils in somewhere Henan Province,the chemical inactivation technology was developed,for which an experiment was conducted with a variety of inactivation agents to stabilize heavy metal in the soils that had been polluted by As,Cd,Pb and Zn,and the content of Cd in the soils exceeding the limit(2nd Class) of the national environmental standard:the Environmental Quality Standard for Soils(GB 15618–1995),posing potential threat to the safety of crops production and human health;besides,indoor wheat pot experiment was adopted for the comparison study concerning the plant uptake of heavy metal right after the chemical inactivation of the contaminated soils.The experiment suggested that inactivation agents such as red-mud,powdered rock phosphate and mixed oxides of Ca/Mg were effective for immobilizing Cd,As,Pb and Zn in soils;among others,mixed oxides of Ca/Mg(in 2% weight) added into soils presented perfect inactivation of Cd,and Cd content in the overground part of wheat seedling was greatly reduced,that was conducive to the plant growth.
